The Pathway to Prosperity initiative is designed to equip passionate and determined vulnerable  Individuals with the knowledge, skills, and financial resources necessary to build their own Christ- Like businesses. Through life skills training, apprenticeship programs, hands-on business development coaching, and startup capital support, this initiative will create a pathway toward self-reliance, job creation, and long-term economic transformation in Kenya starting with Nairobi’s slums.

Program Objectives

1. Equip the vulnerable with essential life skills to enhance their confidence, leadership abilities, and decision-making capacity.

2. Train  entrepreneurs in practical business management, financial literacy, and digital entrepreneurship.

3. Provide apprenticeship opportunities for hands-on skill transfer and practical business exposure.

4. Support business incubation by offering mentorship, networking opportunities, and workspace access.

5. Provide seed capital to promising youth-led startups to encourage self-employment and business sustainability.

6. Foster an entrepreneurial ecosystem where youth can collaborate, learn, and grow their businesses collectively.
